We're a group of skilled communicators from different professional disciplines. love2grow has many strategic partnerships with associates practising in disciplines such as psychology, counselling, coaching, mentoring, negotiation,
business and media management.
The senior associate of love2grow is Graham Ledger. Graham's vision is to empower as many people as possible to make a positive change to their lives. Thirty years of successful work in UK radio helped Graham develop powerful communication skills that consistently engage young people. He's combined those skills with a passion for helping turn young lives around. His work in the voluntary sector has delivered impressive results. Graham devoted 12 months to the demanding role of Mentor Representative with the Cheshire Youth Offending Team through the auspices of the Youth Federation. Over the life of the mentoring project the county of Cheshire saw re-offending rates drop by over 21%! Graham will personally deliver the coaching to your needs.
Our service fees are usually based on a daily rate. Sometimes we can help our clients to get funding from external sources to pay for, or subsidise our costs.
But our philosphy is simple - we want to help. We're not out to make a fortune. Our aim is to generate enough income to provide a consistency of services to all our clients.
Most of our work concentrates on the 12 to 25 age group. Those who benefit the most are those in years 9 to 11 in secondary education and those students who did not achieve their potential in further education. We also help Church based groups and community initiatives through a variety of organizations.
Our senior associate works with inmates of prisons as part of their rehabilitaion programmes.
